I am satisfied with the bag, the color is beautiful. It came without any damage as far as I can tell. It seems sturdy, but I've used it only once. I like the handles, they don't cut into hands. It is possible to pack it into a small package but I wouldn't recommend it as it necessary to fold the "base" of the bag which is from a thicker material, so I worry it would be easily damaged.

Looks actually like the picture. It has so many little organise spaces. I do think it take some practice to learn how to fold it, but I can't wait to start using this on my holiday. Very fast delivery

The bag is at the limit of the perfect. It just lacks a lanyard to put it on the shoulder. To get down stairs would be better.
